🌟 Meet Shana Followell, a 2026 St. Jude Heroes Ambassador for Kentucky! 🌟



We’re excited to welcome Shana to this year’s ambassador team! Shana is a Central Kentucky–based runner who has been a proud St. Jude Hero since 2023. She’s married, a mom of two daughters, and an Executive Chef. She rings passion, heart, and serious determination to everything she does.

Shana is dedicated to inspiring others to make their miles count for St. Jude and the families we serve. And if you ever need race‑day snack advice, she’s your person. Some of her favorite fuel options include raspberry Uncrustables, pickles, and every variety of gummy clusters (and she will not be convinced otherwise! 😄).
