Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or complicated! At Everalis Wellness, we focus on real, simple, delicious foods that nourish your body and help you lose weight naturally, no boxes, powders, or processed meals.

Here’s a perfect example of the BEST Chili that is full of flavor! ⇣

𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗵

Ingredients:
8 oz lean ground beef (can also use ground bison or turkey)
4 oz butternut squash - peeled, seeded and diced inch 1/2-inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced or a 1 tsp garlic powder
14 oz can dice tomatoes, liquid drained
1 cup water
2 tbs onion, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste (Himalayan Pink Salt recommended)
Cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Green Onion, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Cook beef in a pan with onions and garlic until brown. Stir in butternut squash, diced tomatoes and water.
Add chili powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin and cayenne pepper
(optional) and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced.
Slowly simmer to allow 0avors to come together and add water as needed to
prevent burning.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve with chopped green onion and your choice
of approved fruit.
