We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share an important update about the Landmark of Kentucky nursing homes. As of today, January 1, 2025, ownership has officially transitioned to a new company. Any questions regarding this change can be directed to the onsite staff.

We understand that changes like this can raise questions and concerns, especially when it comes to the care of your loved ones. Please be assured that while the ownership may change, our commitment to providing high-quality care remains steadfast. The leadership within the nursing home has been retained so this means that the familiar faces you and your loved ones have come to know and trust will continue to be there, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of care.

Our team has worked closely with staff to maintain the standard of care and enhance the quality of life for all of the residents throughout the transition.

We sincerely appreciate your support and trust over the years. Your confidence in us has been invaluable.

Landmark of Louisville would like to wish a very happy to these amazing women! Recently, we welcomed Louisville Metro Police Department. They came to speak to our residents for . These officers took time out of their day to come and speak and interact with residents and answer questions. So of course we had to send them off with Dunkin' Donuts! 🍩

A big thank you to this team and everyone else for keeping us safe!
