I want to share my appreciation for everyone who walked through the doors of Novo in its second location on Brownsboro Road, to share space, teach classes, lift up, and support me in my forever growing and pivoting lil business. It’s because of you I have been able to shift the focus and bring my practice closer to home

I am excited to see what 2026 has in store and the opportunity to welcome my clients, returning and new, into this new space. Transitions can be uncomfortable and at times hard but with the burning down of one thing, comes the sprouting and growth of something new and beautiful.✨🌱✨

Starting at 6:30pm Sunday, March 20th we will flow through a yin practice allowing your body to open through gentle movement.

With the year coming to a close, I want to take this time to commend you for surviving. It may not feel like a lot (it is) and it may not have been graceful, but we did it and I’m so proud of us! Surrounding ourselves with kind, loving, supportive human beings, who lift us up when times are tough is what got us through, and I want to thank each of you for being just that for Novo. 💕
Although 2022 may hold some uncertainties, we hope to bring new, exciting ways to connect and heal into the space. For now, turn down with the cold season, practice self care, hydrate that beautiful body and give yourself some grace while you build back up for new the beginnings to come. So much love to you! ✨
