For the last 7 years I've been leading the 6pm Monday night yoga class at Supreme Peace Yoga & Wellness.

However, for the last 6 months I've been feeling the knowing its time to release the class. Change is hard but I've decided to hand over the paton of leading the class to Brenda Edgar. I have no doubt I'm leaving the class in good hands

I will still be subbing from time to time and diving deeper into my personal practice and if the stars align, I will be back for another mindful meditation workshop.

If would like to join my last Monday night 6pm. It would be my honor to lead your pratice.
