Last week, we gathered under the New Moon of Shvat, embracing the theme of Renewal and Growth.
🌙Shvat is a time to relish the earth’s abundance, to marvel at the quiet resilience of trees as they prepare to awaken from winter’s slumber. This month, we celebrate Tu B’Shvat, the New Year of the Trees, honoring the moment when their inner sap begins to rise, satiated by the nourishing winter rains. The trees pause, absorbing the sweetness before blossoming anew.
🌳And in this way, we too are called to pause. To recognize that deep within, something stirs—a craving for sweetness, connection, and renewal. We are not meant to simply endure but to be nourished, to let the richness of life flow through us like the rising sap of the trees.
🌙Rosh Chodesh is a moment to root into feminine wisdom, to uplift one another, to reach out to the women in our lives when we need support or when we have support to offer. It is a practice of embodiment, of honoring the cycles that guide not just the earth, but our own hearts.
