Interested in neurofeedback but not sure where to start?

One of the most important decisions you can make is choosing a qualified provider. Not all neurofeedback practitioners have the same training, and the quality of your experience depends heavily on who you work with.

The ISNR provider directory at isnr.org connects you with practitioners who are members of the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research. These are professionals committed to evidence-based practice, continuing education, and the highest standards in the field.

Whether you are exploring neurofeedback for anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, or another concern, finding the right provider is step one.

Search the ISNR provider directory at isnr.org.

These aren’t just positive phrases—they’re brain-based strategies that reshape how we experience our day.

What’s one phrase you can reframe today?

What if training your brain could improve your performance just as much as training your body?

Neurofeedback helps athletes strengthen focus, reaction time, and mental resilience by teaching the brain to operate more efficiently under pressure. Whether it’s staying calm in high-stakes moments or sharpening concentration, your brain can be trained just like your muscles.

Peak performance isn’t just physical—it’s neurological.

Self care isn't just bubble baths and days off; it's the small choices you make every day. It's speaking kindly to yourself, setting boundaries, slowing down, moving your body, and seeking help when needed. Tiny consistent habits are much more powerful than picture perfect self care days.

A QEEG (Quantitative EEG), often called a brain map, helps us see how your brain is functioning in real time — not just how you feel, but what your brain is actually doing.

Why get a QEEG? Because guessing isn't good enough.

If you're struggling with symptoms of anxiety, ADHD, sleep, trauma, or brain fog

A QEEG helps us find the why:

✨ Objective data instead of trial and error
✨ Identifies overactive or underactive areas
✨ Shows patterns linked to symptoms
✨ Guides a personalized neurofeedback plan

Because your brain deserves custom care, not a one-size-fits-all.

If your thoughts won’t slow down and your nervous system feels activated, this tool can help bring you back to the present.
The 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding Technique is a simple, evidence-based tool that can help.

This exercise supports nervous system regulation by gently bringing your attention back to the present moment—especially when thoughts are racing or emotions feel intense.

How to practice 5-4-3-2-1:

👀 5 things you can see
✋ 4 things you can feel
👂 3 things you can hear
👃 2 things you can smell
👅 1 thing you can taste

By engaging your senses, you send signals of safety to your brain and create space from distressing thoughts or sensations.

You can use this skill anytime, anywhere—no tools required.
