Kristina Stuckel

We are thrilled to highlight one of our most recent patients who reached her recovery goals and was able to return to the life she loves!
Kristina Stuckel completed her rehab at Frazier Brownsboro after a stroke. She was home, got up to take a pill and couldn’t swallow. She began coughing, heard a popping noise in her head and knew that she had experienced a stroke. She managed to call 911 herself and was treated at a Paducah hospital. Once medically stable, she chose Frazier Brownsboro for her rehab care.

When she arrived, she could not move her left side at all, couldn’t walk and couldn’t sit up. When asked about her rehab stay, she said, “The nursing and therapy teams not only listen, but they care. This is where I needed to be. Everyone was amazing.”
Ms. Stuckel is looking forward to being able to be a mom again to her two daughters, and she looks forward to returning to her work as a minister. She is a walking miracle, and Frazier Brownsboro is honored to be part of her recovery journey!
