The Apex Recovery Lab is our state of the art sports recovery and injury prevention center. We make the science and technology accessible to the community and they “run” with it! A perfect blend of tried and true modalities mixed with "hot" new technology like full spectrum infrared!

MASSAGE THERAPISTS PLEASE HELP!

I need a last minute massage therapist to help me out while one of my therapists is out due to a family emergency.

I desperately need someone to see my clients Tuesday and Thursdays ASAP. As early as tomorrow would be amazing! We are so booked I can’t reschedule anyone for at least a month and we have clients that need work sooner than that…

Does anyone know anyone that is actually good and does exceptional deep tissue work?

I’ll make a very good deal with anyone willing to help me with this!

We have come together to focus on helping each other while also giving to our communities by volunteering at and providing different events in the area for our communities.

Yesterday we went to Quentin and Karen’s house to help them with their yard and garden. It was amazing to help a 98 year old Veteran!

Geoff and I are going our separate ways (yes, we are both totally ok with this). Geoff will continue to do massage and I will continue to run the business we built together.

Apex Massage & Recovery Lab is like Fixt Movement but with a few improvements. We have gained a new awesome massage therapist and we have downsized our Recovery Lab.

The plan for The Lab is to still offer the tools that work for your recovery along with some other awesome options that only an RN can administer! Stay tuned for more details on this!

Until then, please support me as I build a new website, get a new domain, new insurance, more therapists, new scheduling software, and get all the other details sorted out! 😅🤩💪🏼
