Join Nicole Bartlett in 2025 to breathe with intention. We’ll work through seasonal themes to stay in flow with our surroundings, in communion with our ecosystem. This breathwork facilitation allows you to remain centered through transitions, continually coming back to self through breath awareness.

Breathe how you want to breathe. Technique is up to you and my role is to encourage you through the process of opening – reminding you to stay soft enough to allow it. I breathe with you when you need encouragement to keep going and call on a higher presence to clear anything that no longer serves.

I’m excited to work with The Healing Collective to offer these breaths and have availability for private sessions on Tuesdays if you’d like more one-on-one support.
