"Warm" yoga Wednesday January 17th at 6pm at Club Fitness - Mount Washington, KY
Please join us for a slow, deep stretch/ tension relief session as we enjoy the warmth of a slower paced yoga class. We will work on releasing tension in the hips, heart space, shoulders as well as the neck through warmth and deep breathing exercises. You will sweat. Be sure to hydrate before, during and after your session. Our space will be heated to around 90°. Just what we need to combat the cold weather at this time of the year💙🙏🏻.

Yoga straps are a great piece of equipment with multiple uses in our practice. We particularly like to use them for chest and heart openers in my class. Thank you again K.O. for your contribution! ⭐☺️

Tonight was so bittersweet!!! It was such a great way to close out this amazing chapter! So many relationships have been formed in this wonderful space and I have learned so much🥰🙏... I am overflowing with gratitude for all these amazing students as well as the owner of Good Karma Yoga Louisville, Rebecca Cox. The space that she created there is simply wonderful and I have enjoyed every minute of teaching in it! As the doors close tonight I feel a sense of peace and confidence knowing that all will be well as I continue forward in my teaching journey. This is the end of one chapter and then beginning of another.🥰🙏🙌🌻 I will be posting photos and videos of my very last power yoga class at the studio. I am so grateful for my husband for taking all of these wonderful photos and videos!!! I think I am going to hire him for life as my yoga photographer for my events! I see that all those years filming skateboard videos has taught him about angles.😁. He did so great!

You're invited to attend my LAST CLASS at Good Karma Yoga Louisville.

I am so very proud of each and every single one of the students who walk through that door every Monday Wednesday and Friday! Yes they are the students, but it is "I" who continues to be reminded by THEIR example of self care, to get up every single day and not ever give up on myself.

I am and will remain so grateful for them as human beings, their loving energy and their example. 🙏 They are the true teachers.

I will be teaching my last class at Good Karma Yoga on Wednesday may 31st 2023 at 6 pm.

I am inviting each and every one of you to come and share your best power yoga energy to leave a loving and lasting footprint in this lovely space with me!

Good Karma Yoga has been a wonderful opportunity and I have done some of my best work here! I will be forever grateful for this time in my life! 🙌

I am pleased to announce that our annual spring women's retreat is fully booked!!!
So far the weather is working in our favor and we couldn't be more excited to gather in the forest! We will celebrate Earth Day, practice healthy female camaraderie and experience emotional growth techniques. This year my women's spring retreat will offer massage therapy, meditation, guided hiking, yoga, art, a hot meal and over night camping!
