Today, we pause to honor and thank the brave men and women who have served in our nation’s armed forces. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedoms inspire us every day. We are forever grateful for your service.

We were privileged to receive a Veterans Day program led by Major Nathan Tingle and Lorna Seegall, which included presenting each veteran with a flag and patch, symbolizing the camaraderie and bond that comes to all veterans who serve. Major Tingle concluded the ceremony with the folding of a 48-star American flag, sharing what each fold represents.

A special thank you to Major Nathan Tingle and our veterans for your dedication and service. 🇺🇸

Our Story

Two communities offering different levels of care make up our Louisville campus. Rose Anna Hughes Home: A crown jewel of Presbyterian Homes and Services of Kentucky, Rose Anna Hughes Homes continues to reflect an air of graciousness and southern hospitality that has existed since the original Rose Anna Hughes Presbyterian Home was created in 1947 and housed in the Conrad-Caldwell House in St. James Court in Old Louisville. A licensed personal care community Rose Anna Hughes Home features private and semi-private rooms and apartments for residents who require medical assistance and support with activities of daily living. There are multiple floor plans from which to choose and nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The residents are encouraged to live as independently as they are able and to participate in a variety of community activities and outings. Westminster Health and Rehab Center: Since 1975, Westminster Health & Rehab Center has provided licensed long-term skilled nursing care and assistance with daily living in a compassionate resident-centered community. Upon referral from a physician, our medical director and staff of nurses, therapists, social workers, dieticians, activities director and on-site chaplain work with family members and caretakers to create a comprehensive plan designed to improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of the resident. Our residence features private and semi-private rooms with certified Medicare and Medicaid beds available. Registered nurses supervise the dispensing of medications and nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for round-the-clock care. If a resident needs more focused attention, we provide short-term rehabilitation services on an inpatient basis. We also provide short-term rehabilitation for those who need a place to heal before returning home. Our dedicated nursing staff works with therapists and the referring physician to prepare and implement a rehabilitative plan that best transitions patients from the hospital or outpatient center to their homes as quickly and safely as possible.
