What’s the difference between PHP and IOP? If you or a loved one needs more support than weekly therapy can provide, understanding the difference between PHP and IOP can help you find the right level of care.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a higher level of structured treatment, typically involving several hours of therapy each weekday.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a step down in intensity, with fewer hours per week while still offering meaningful therapeutic support.

Both programs are designed to help individuals build stability, develop coping skills and move forward with confidence. You can learn more about our specialty PHP & IOP groups at: https://bit.ly/4sWEVrB or call 303-673-9990 to schedule an assessment.

Over the weekend, we were proud to celebrate International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to honoring the strength, leadership and resilience of women across the globe, including the incredible women within our own community.

We recognize the vital role women play in advancing behavioral health, supporting healing and shaping more compassionate systems of care. We are grateful for the team members, caregivers, patients and partners who continue to inspire us through their commitment, advocacy and courage.

Social workers play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. They are often the steady voice in times of crisis, the advocate when someone feels unheard, and the guide who helps people navigate the path toward healing and stability. Their work is especially essential.

Social workers help coordinate care, connect patients with critical resources, support families and ensure that every person receives compassionate, person centered treatment. Their dedication strengthens our community and transforms lives every day.

We were proud to participate in the Grita tu identidad behavioral health conference this past Friday. As Colorado’s largest and only Spanish language behavioral and mental health conference for providers, it was led by immigrant and refugee women whose clinical expertise and lived experience shaped every conversation.

We connected with incredible professionals, shared meaningful dialogue and were truly honored to be part of such an impactful event.
