🧹HOUSEKEEPING RESENTMENT: THE SCOREKEEPING TRAP 🧹

What kills polarity over time in relationships is keeping score!

While relationships do need to be a given and take where energy flows between both parties, and it cannot be lopsided, scorekeeping is a major trap women fall into.

I know because I’ve been there firsthand, and all it does is build resentment and it’s a painful place to be.

🧲 POLARITY is MAGNETIC meaning it attracts to you the opposite energy that you desire in life and love.

Do you ever get that feeling that something is literally pulling you in a direction towards something a person, a place, or a thing and you don’t know why?

Is there a project you want to start, a painting you want to paint, a book you want to write, or a business you want to start?

Or maybe it’s a person who you fantasize about like what you’ll do together next, where you’ll go or what you’ll experience?

Isn’t it a beautiful thing to feel this pulse, this aliveness, this beat, the amplitude, the calling and the power to drive you to higher heights!

This my friends is polarity, and when you can identify your own magnetism, your own pulse, your own desire or Eros, it is a beautiful thing to behold.

It Takes a Village to Meet One’s Needs! 🏘️

We are multidimensional beings with all kinds of needs like laughter, intellectual, artistic, athletic, etc.

Often times in relationships, we seek to source our needs from one person.

Over the last few years more and more I’ve been meeting my needs from many girlfriends whom just get me!

I have spiritual friends, intellectual friends, colleagues, a work out buddy, and so on and so on.

In the past I would think I only had to “source” from within, but as I’ve progressed on this journey in life and love, I’ve learned it takes a village! No one person, not even yourself, can truly meet your full life experience.

🌑 Today I started my moon 🌙 cycle and this post is so prevalent today!

The body is insanely wise, it tells us when to slow down, down regulate, to back off and to take notice!

Often times, we override these signals and force our body to push through, ignore it or even rationalize our way through pushing ourselves too far.
