You know it's going to be a great day when our friends Sarah and Liza from Oberer's Flowers are here to lead a floral arranging class! We had so much fun learning how to work with sunflowers.🌻 It was like bringing a little bit of the sunshine indoors.

Individuals interested in learning more about Life Care at Masonic Homes Kentucky had the opportunity to mingle with residents this afternoon, and experience a first-class historical portrayal of Pan Am Betty, by Leslie Goddard Presents.

✈️Through Leslie's phenomenal performance she brought to life an exciting true story of a real-life stewardess for Pan Am. Attendees traveled back to the days when jets were new and the stewardess was the all-American ideal.

More State Fair fun!🎡Sam Swope Care Center residents had a blast at the Kentucky State Fair. They admired incredible artwork, played games and indulged in classic fair food.

Meanwhile, Grove Pointe residents brought the fair flair right to their community, enjoying crafts, live music and delicious homemade tomato pie from team member Versa. Yum! Whether you're on or off campus, it's always an adventure.

Miralea resident and past Masonic Homes Kentucky Board Member Joe Conway recently hosted one of his beloved Masonic History Talks. He and fellow residents gathered over coffee and Joe shared a brief history of Masonic Homes Kentucky and neighbors ask him any questions they may have about our history. What trades (like sewing, print shop and shoe making) the orphans would learn here, what the different buildings were, etc. The talks are so in-demand, Joe hosts several each year. These are another way to celebrate our history during the Louisville Campus Centennial.

Thanks for sharing your expertise and our story, Joe!
