This year’s National Skilled Nursing Care Week theme, “Moments in Bloom,” beautifully reflected the compassion, connection and teamwork that make Sam Swope Care Center so special. 🌸

Throughout the week, we celebrated with fun and engaging activities including bowling, nachos, painting teacup flower planters and garden gnomes, and outdoor walks to enjoy the beautiful blooms around us. These moments shared brought smiles and togetherness to residents and staff alike.
