We had a wonderful turnout for our Walk & Stroll Club at The Grand!

Our Cottage residents took a refreshing walk around Assisted Living and Independent Living, enjoying the sights and company along the way. 💚

We even stopped for a special moment when our lovely Harrie played the piano in Assisted Living — such a beautiful way to end our stroll!

Another amazing The Grand + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so excited to celebrate the amazing progress one of our residents has made during her recovery journey! After a pelvic fracture, she faced many challenges — from needing full assistance with daily activities to being unable to walk on her own. But through her determination and the compassionate support of our incredible therapy team, she’s come so far!

Today, she can sit comfortably in her wheelchair for hours, walk about 100 feet with light supervision and gentle cueing, and complete many daily activities independently. Her biggest dream? To attend her granddaughter’s wedding. In May, she proudly reached that goal — a beautiful milestone filled with love and celebration. We couldn’t be more inspired by her strength and perseverance! 💪✨

Another amazing The Grand + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of the incredible progress one of our residents has made here at The Grand Senior Living! After a successful shoulder surgery, he came to us ready to continue his recovery journey with skilled physical and occupational therapy. When he first arrived, his shoulder movement was very limited, and he needed extra support with daily tasks. But thanks to his determination and the guidance of our therapy team, he’s made tremendous strides!

Today, he can walk on his own without assistance, independently manage his daily routines, and even enjoy outings in the community. Recently, he began working out at the YMCA with customized exercises designed to help him regain strength and confidence. His story is a beautiful example of how personalized care and perseverance can lead to amazing progress!

Who knew foam parties weren’t just for kids? Add in hot dogs too good to pass up and the sweetest baby goats and you’ve got a recipe for pure joy.

The highlight of it all? Watching residents, families, and friends come together, share smiles, and make lasting memories. Fun has no age limit, and this day proved it! ✨
