Kentucky Yoga Festival: the Nora edition
This year I introduced Nora to the magic that is Kentucky Yoga Festival. We danced (a LOT!), did daily dips in the creek, glowed, twirled, cried (a little), set up and broke down camp together, and did yoga in the sun, shade, wind, mud, and with puppies.
She has declared she wants to go back again next year “for the ecstatic dance”. I’ll take her every year she wants to go.

Nora chose cherry pie for PI Day and did most of the work with some coaching [and ok, I re-rolled the bottom crust to fit into the pan] from me. Fiona played with our excess pie crust dough. 😆

Taste of Yoga is back this week at Rainbow Blossom, and so is Storytime Yoga! This is a free class for families and I’d love to see you on Saturday.
No registration needed, but please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Alright my Norton Unicorns- my little one is still not feeling great so I’m staying home with her again tomorrow. NO WEDNESDAY YOGA AT NORTON SPORTS HEALTH!
