Kappa Sigma RUSH at The University of Louisville

The Kappa Sigma Fraternity was brought from Europe and founded in America on December 10th, 1869 at the University of Virginia. The goal of every Kappa Sigma is to successfully promote all four of our core values, known as the Four Pillars: Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship, and Service. During this process, a brother realizes something about his Fraternity: it is not for a day, a year, or a college term only... it is for life! Membership in Kappa Sigma is something you will not regret, and any one of our brothers will certainly tell you that you will have the time of your life as a Kappa Sigma. However, equally as important as having fun in college, is the attainment of a quality education, the accomplishment of a degree, and perhaps most importantly, the ability to experience the wealth of knowledge that exists outside the classroom. It is these experiences which help us all grow into better, more responsible, and more civic-minded individuals. Through our dynamic brotherhood, our unique programs, and our time-honored history, Kappa Sigma serves to help its members achieve their college and lifetime goals. Kappa Sigma forbids any forms of hazing. The Fraternity fosters a meaningful pledge experience by offering a progressive pledge education program through our Brothers In Action initiative.
