In addition to daytime hours during the week, the main site has Tuesday evening and Saturday hours for laboratory and pharmacy, adult medicine and pediatrics.

Services provided by Park DuValle Community Health Center’s health care providers include: adult and pediatric medical care, behavioral health care, family planning, perinatal and prenatal care; and preventive and primary dental care. Our core services are augmented by laboratory, x-ray and pharmacy services; WIC nutritional supplements and counseling, social services/case management, eligibility assistance and transportation. The Park DuValle at Spencer County satellite, also, has Tuesday evening hours.
