Nazareth Home was established in 1976 as a healthcare ministry sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. Today, Nazareth Home is an award-winning, 5-star rated long-term care and rehabilitation organization that provides person-centered health and wellness services for adults and families. With two campuses in Louisville, Ky., Nazareth Home enriches the lives of its patients through personal care, memory care, rehabilitation-to-home, and long-term care programs. What spook-tacular celebrations we had at both our Clifton and Highlands campuses! From adorable trick-or-treaters and the groovy Hippies to dogs in costume, Beetlejuice, a T-Rex, and even the Grinch, these Halloween events were packed with laughter, singing, and so many yummy treats. 🍬🎶🐾

Our residents and team had an unforgettable time sharing smiles and spooky fun with our wonderful community. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make Halloween at Nazareth Home so special! 🧡🎃

🌧️ On this rainy day, let’s reminisce about the beautiful weather we had for our Silent Disco a couple of weeks ago! ☀️
There was so much energy — happy people swaying, tapping, and grooving to the music. 🎶 We had amazing volunteers, a huge crowd, and endless smiles all around!
It turned out to be one of the sunniest, most perfect days, and we’re so glad we got to enjoy the magic of music outdoors! 💃🕺
We’ll definitely be doing this again! 🙌
