Opening up the heart and throat with kundalini yoga.
Today’s Core Movement. Place your hand behind your head for a seated cat cow; bringg your elbows in as you curl into cat and allow a full opening for cow.
Deep purging exhale and full embodied inhale.
The large inhale and opening can feel vulnerable, allow yourself to feel what comes up - from sensations, emotions to thoughts and any resistance.
