Whether you stoop over a drill press, hunch over a computer, drive or sit all day, or just work in a stressful environment... doing this stretch a few times/day can improve the way your body reacts to tension. Not only that but it can prevent nerve pain and help headaches!
Go ahead and give it a try... Inhale as you press your chin back with your index, middle, and ring fingers. Try to fill your lungs up as much as you can, hold breath a few seconds at the top of the inhale, then exhale fully. (I like to use my abs to push the exhale all the way out) Repeat 3-5 times! Enjoy!
