Ladies come out 5-7:30 for a free day pass, free guest passes, live music, supplement giveaways and more!

We want to celebrate all of the strong women in the Louisville community so what better way than dedicating a night to them!

A night to celebrate all the strong women out there! Days passes and guests will be free for all the ladies! There will also be supplement handouts from , live music, an exclusive tee just for the ladies from us, and will be in the house selling their brand new women’s line!

The first ever EA run club! This Saturday at 10am(weather pending).

Come out and join us for a little mile and a half run along the Jeffersontown trail. We will be meeting out back by the garage doors for a little warmup and course description before it’s off to the races.

Whether you are new to running or an avid racer, the group atmosphere will make it all better. See you there!

EA Recovery is up and running!

Remember, new facility, new standards! Let’s keep the recovery high and respect for all members at the forefront.

There is NO sauna usage without a towel to sit on. If you forget a towel, we have them for sale.

Cold plunge usage is only permitted during staffed hours. We want to ensure of everyone’s safety. If you have questions let us know! Most research points to 3-5 minutes per session being most beneficial.

Please take care of the equipment, clean up after yourselves, and optimize your performance!
