This morning I completed the final approval task with the Division of Private Occupational Schools with the state Colorado, to open a state licensed Pilates Teacher Training Program 🥹

This has been quite the process over the last year & a half - and worth every minute - to now be able to share that I’m opening a licensed Pilates school at very soon!

More details will be shared over the next few weeks! 📣

I’m so excited to be teaching a class at , every Tuesday at 9am!

The space is beautiful - and we have it fully equipped with padded flooring, Pilates mats, foam rollers, physio balls, theraloops, and more 🤸🏾

This. Is. 40. 🧚‍♀️

My last decade brought our home, our babies, and my business.. and there were a lot of up and downs along the way.

I have a feeling this decade will be one of more growth & connecting… and I can’t freakin’ wait.

We said goodbye to our sweet Solus Bear Shea 9 days ago 💔 Sol was Billy & my first baby, and we adopted her on the weekend that Billy moved out to Colorado from Chicago… literally the day before he started his first job out here.

When I held her at the shelter almost 13 years ago, I started tearing up immediately(picture #2)… and the rest is history.

She had a close circle of trusted human friends, but was always kind, and was the most loyal dog to us & our kids 💜

She also loved her doggie friends/cousins, & her kitty sisters 🐱 She loved anything outside, and hiking & playing in the snow we’re definitely her favorite past times 🏔️

We are so lucky she chose us back in September of 2012, and are very grateful for all of our (almost) 13 years with her 🥹🙏

WE LOVE YOU & MISS YOU SO MUCH, SOL BEAR 💗
