Here are 3 ways to improve snack prep
Between getting out the door, juggling drop off and pick up, and caring for everyone else, it’s easy for snack time to become an afterthought. But having something ready (even something simple) can make a huge difference for your energy, your mood, and your little one’s mood too.
A little bit of prep ahead of time can mean fewer hangry moments, less stress on the go, and one less decision to make during an already full day.
One easy to grab option, is FIT4MOM No-Bake Oatmeal Energy Bites. They’re quick to make, easy to store, and perfect for tossing in a bag before class, school pickup, or errands.
