If you've never come to Whole Yoga, it's time to see what we're all about! At Whole Yoga, you’ll get to know everyone. Unlike other studios, you won’t feel like you’re in a competition to see who can get the deepest into a pose and you don’t have to have the latest “yoga fashion” either! We support and encourage one another as we practice. Come see why we are one of Denver’s longest running yoga studios, with deep roots in our yoga community. Whole Yoga classes are affordable. Why? Because we strongly believe that yoga and meditation should be accessible to everyone. We offer 60-minute yoga classes at just $15 drop-in, as well as a variety of package options. Classes are accessible for beginners, yet challenging for more advanced practitioners. Mats and props are available at the studio.
