Our Forest Springs community came together for a wonderful barbecue picnic in the courtyard! Family members and caregivers collaborated to organize the meal, door prizes, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a beautiful example of what community and family mean at Trilogy. Thank you to everyone who goes above and beyond to make our residents feel loved and special! ☀️🍽️

HAPPY DERBY! 🏇🌹
We kicked off the Derby festivities with a themed ER3! Our speedy staff raced to the finish line in an effort to be the fastest horse on the track! Check out the smiling faces of Forest Springs, the best place to work!

Trilogy has partnered with LifeBio!
LifeBio is a company that allows our residents to tell their life experiences/memories, & share what matters most in their lives! This can be done through the LifeBio Memory app by voice recording or interviews conducted in the About Me Journal. An additional Life Story Book can be created for family's keepsake. If you would like to get involved, please ask the Life Enrichment Director, Ashley, for more information! You may also visit our LifeBio information table at the AL entrance, where you can download the app, fill out a form for LifeBio to get in touch with you/your loved one for interviews, and check out an example booklet! 📖❤️

Spring was in full bloom at our Spring Formal! 🌸 Residents savored a delicious meal, sipped refreshing lavender lemonade, and admired stunning flower garden decor with fresh blooms and hanging wisterias. Join our Life Enrichment team each morning at 10:30am for fun ways to stay active like Volleyball, Chair Zumba, Bowling, Bean Bag Toss, and of course Wii Sports! 💪🏋🏼🥊

This week we extended the St. Patrick's Day celebrations by hosting a Family Night! Delicious Irish inspired foods, music, and beer of course! Laughter and smiles filled the dining room while we enjoyed everyone's good company! We absolutely love having everyone together, as we are all one big family at Forest Springs! LIVE A DREAM: We were able to fulfill a Live A Dream for Mike! Trilogy’s Live A Dream program allows residents to choose something they’ve always wanted to do, or would love to do again, and we make that dream come true. For Mike, he wanted to visit St. Xavier high school again, where he says it was "the best 4 years of his life.” After reaching out to the school, we were able to coordinate a special visit for Mike, as well as involve his wife, Ruth, and a friend he graduated with! It was a surprise for Mike! Our hope is that he felt the love, support, and friendship within the walls of St. X, leaving an everlasting memory.
