We’re turning one! 1️⃣

May 1 is our anniversary, and we think this milestone deserves a big celebration! 🥳

Join us at the studio on Saturday, May 11 from 1-3 pm for a PAAAARTAY! Food, drink, music, and definitely cake! 🎂 We’ll share our favorite memories from the past year and hope you’ll share yours with us, too!

Join the Fab Five of Ashtanga Yoga Louisville for Free Yoga in Christy’s Garden in Paristown beginning Thursday, April 11, and the second Thursday of every month through October 10.

Simply bring a mat and enjoy an all-levels Ashtanga Yoga class in this beautiful setting.

I am sad to announce that Waterfront Park has decided to make some changes and I will no longer be teaching Waterfront Yoga at Waterfront Park as of this year.

It is very Bittersweet for me, but it has been an amazing 15 years!
I would love to see some of your faces at Ashtanga Yoga Louisville, - Ashtanga Yoga Louisville at the Melwood Arts Center, where I teach Ashtanga Yoga.

They provide help to people suffering from Substance Abuse Disorder through yoga & mindfulness practices.
