Serving Soul-Led People, Helping You Embody Your Soul's Gifts So You Can Express Them On The Planet
The BioSoul Integration Center has been helping people express more life since 2001. I've combined the magic of Network Chiropractic with the healing power of Presence to create something I call BioSoul Integration. BioSoul Integration is a body-centered, energy healing technique that facilitates deep, embodied spiritual healing and soul integration. Through BioSoul Integration my mission is to help individuals in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Broomfield & Westminster create an ever-deepening connection to their bodies, their lives and their World; to help those who have felt the strong calling of their Soul’s purpose to give more of their unique gifts on this planet.

Our relationship with ourselves is at the core of how we suppress the energy of anger. This productive energy gets pushed into the shadow, and we waste it by projecting it onto the world.
Grief can be stored in the upper lungs. When released, it may manifest as heat. Temporary inflammation or pain can arise as muscles, ligaments, and tendons change shape. Activation may also occur in hands or arms.
When life calls us towards growth, feeling stuck leads to frustration. This feeling is a natural side effect when we can't move forward, or where life is calling us to be.
Anger often flares up with heat—inflammation, hot flashes, or just feeling hot. But underneath, there's usually grief stored in the upper lungs. It's energy bound up, projecting onto others, covering up the grief that never got processed.
As kids, we all have needs, fears, and confusions. The world can be scary, and sometimes we learn those needs won't be met. What happens when a child feels unseen?
That "widow's hump"? It may be a sign of something deeper. Many women throughout history faced immense hardship, forced to repress their grief and keep moving. The body remembers what the mind represses.
Anger is often misunderstood—seen as something to fix or suppress. But beneath the heat lies blocked life-force energy, trying to guide you back to truth, boundaries, and inner knowing.
Explore the spiritual root of anger and how it becomes power when met with compassion.

Feeling stuck? It's often because different parts of ourselves are in conflict—like wanting a job's money but hating the work. Life pushes us to evolve, and that inner tension creates pressure.
We learn from our parents (and those before them) to suppress parts of ourselves. This affects us physically, emotionally, and the stories we tell ourselves. Discover the spiritual root of anger and how to heal it.
Stuck in the same relationship cycles? You might be replaying familiar dynamics in new situations, feeling the same frustrations. Understanding why this happens is key to breaking free.
Feeling safe in your body isn’t something you think your way into — it’s something you learn to feel.
Safety isn’t just a concept. It shows up as:
✔ ease in your nervous system
✔ breathing that feels natural
✔ sensations that don’t trigger overwhelm
When you learn to orient to your body with patience, curiosity, and presence, your nervous system starts to know safety — not just hope for it.

What does it really mean to be embodied?
It’s more than just being “in your body” — it’s the practice of bringing awareness into your felt experience, moment by moment.
Being embodied means:
🌿 sensing what’s here
🌿 feeling without avoiding
🌿 allowing presence to meet sensation
🌿 letting the nervous system settle rather than being hijacked by thoughts
Embodiment isn’t abstract — it’s where authentic healing and wholeness live.

My educational journey has taken me from Lincoln, Nebraska where I received a Bachelors Degree in Education and Exercise Science, to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Northwestern College of Chiropractic where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Along the way I also served in places like India and Peru. Currently I’m the founder and owner of BioSoul Integration Center in Louisville, Colorado, previously known as Network Life Center.
I’m proud to say that I’ve been practicing since 2002. That’s sixteen years that I’ve been supporting people here in the Boulder / Louisville area! Over the course of that time I’ve worked intimately with nearly three thousand people and helped them navigate the ups and downs of their healing journeys. I’ve worked with babies who were hours old, as well as those in their nineties, and everyone in between.
Though I’ve helped this wide range of folks, those who seem to be most drawn to my work tend to be those who have felt the strong calling to do the work of leaning into their growth and evolution as human beings. Often these people are practitioners themselves of some sort, whether professionally or otherwise. They may be yoga teachers, meditators, acupuncturists, chiropractors, energy workers, shamanic practitioners, healers, spiritual seekers and others and they feel called to give their gifts and share what they’ve learned with others.
I believe that nothing in Life is a mistake. I believe that Life is inherently intelligent. Therefore, I believe that every experience is Life trying to get our attention because there’s something in every experience that is important for our growth and evolution as human beings—that is, souls in a physical body. It’s through experience that Life is trying to get us to claim more of who we are as souls and give more of our soul’s gifts here, on this planet, in these physical bodies and in this physical existence, because the planet and everyone on it needs what we have to offer and needs the unique flavor that each of us brings to the table.
Some of the experiences that are the loudest, and yet are experiences that we expend the most energy trying to push away, are painful experiences. Over the course of those sixteen years I’ve discovered something vital to our physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health and well-being: the solution to our problems can be found in the pain and the painful parts of life.
When we turn towards our pain is becomes a portal that leads to a place in us where the illusion of separateness collapses and the parts of our bodies and souls that have been disconnected can be reunited. In this place the potential energy that was bound up in the pain and the polarity in our bodies and lives is transformed into wisdom that releases our bodies, informs our lives and compels us to give our gifts.
