"As we are all working to navigate through the increased impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we here at BMES are doing to help keep not only our employees but our vendors and customers safe and healthy.

We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, staying informed with the most up-to-date information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local Public Health authorities. As part of our protocols, we have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for customers, vendors, and employees of BMES.

All equipment is being disinfected upon arrival and shipment.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting schedules in our facility
We are staggering lunch time to promote “social distancing”
We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.
Any member of our team that has been traveling and/or visiting our customer facilities, has been instructed to work remotely.
As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative measures to ensure Customer and Team Member wellbeing, including staffing or service modifications.
Please take the necessary precautions recommended by the CDC and wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds, avoid touching your face, and stay home if you are not feeling well.

We also request that any equipment being sent to BMES be properly disinfected before it is shipped out to us. This will minimize the spread of the virus and we appreciate your cooperation in this manner.
