Your session will be customized and tailored to your specific needs. I enjoy listening to the body and letting intuition guide a session - changing your view of massage therapy indefinitely. I love teaching what I know about the body and the energy centers to help you feel better and more balanced well after your session has ended. I will work with you (not just on you) using an array of different techniques and modalities! During any length of session you might experience any of the following techniques: cupping, active stretching, passive stretching, aroma therapy, moist heat application, dry heat, breath work, and guided meditation. Life is beautiful and stressful. Invest in your selfcare. INVEST IN YOUR VIBRANCE! Looking forward to helping you heal yourself!

Energy work.

Sometimes it’s so subtle you fall asleep.
Sometimes you feel movement and tiny jolts of “electricity”.
Sometimes your heart opens and tears fall.

Energy work gives you what you need.
Maybe you really needed that nap on the table, or to experience those little mysterious jolts or that release of tears.
