Christian Care Communities Louisville is a proud sponsor of Senior CommUnity Care of Kentucky PACE! We are able to provide their team with the space to engage with seniors in the Louisville and surrounding areas. Forever thankful for this community partner!

Rep. Morgan McGarvey visited the Senior Community Care of Kentucky to learn about how Medicaid and SNAP cuts will impact participants.

This morning Rep. Morgan McGarvey joined us inside of Friendship House to learn more about our community partner Senior CommUnity Care of Kentucky PACE.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) delivers all needed medical and supportive services. The program provides the entire spectrum of care and services to seniors with chronic care needs while maintaining their independence in their homes for as long as possible.

PACE Louisville operates in the lower level of our campus - working to provide essential healthcare to seniors both within our own Christian Care Community (Chapel House & Friendship House), and outside to the larger Louisville senior population.

Thank you Rep. Morgan McGarvey for getting to know our residents, team, PACE Participants, and what this program means to seniors in Kentucky.

🤩WOW! 🤩 Did we have an amazing day or what?

Louisville Central Bank spent Friday afternoon with us! They took a tour of Pauline's Food Pantry, served our residents a delicious meal, and even surprised us with some hidden talents! 😉🎤

Thank you to the Central Bank team for your time, engagement and thoughtful donation to our food pantry here at Chapel & Friendship House! ❤️ We look forward to this partnership growing!

🌟 BIG DAY! 🌟

Our food pantry has officially been named PAULINE’S PANTRY! Honoring one of our original volunteers - Pauline Crawford who donated her home to Christian Care so many years ago 🩷

Our Vice President Jim Patton joined us to recognize the dedicated volunteers whose tireless efforts keep Pauline’s Pantry running with care and consistency. 🫂 Their commitment reflects the very heart of our mission at Christian Care Communities, and we are deeply thankful for the time, energy, and love they invest in supporting our residents and neighbors in need. 🥫

Chaplain Jennifer was able to pray over the pantry, our volunteers, and the residents we love to serve. It was a meaningful opportunity to connect across roles and departments, unified by our shared purpose.

Additionally, thank you to everyone who gave on KY Gives Day! We were able to support Pauline's Pantry & are looking forward to what is to come!
