Coming up THIS SUNDAY! Intro to Jamming: A Free Workshop for Kids and Families from 2-3:30 at the Waldorf School of Louisville. The first half of the session will be led by Hindman's Scott Miller, all about "how to jam." We'll follow up with a group jam for kids, their grown ups, and our teachers.

This event will conclude our first weekend-long teacher training in Louisville, supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts. It marks the beginning of a year-long series of workshops and concerts created in collaboration between LFS and to support youth string band teachers & create opportunities for families and young musicians to connect through traditional music.

RSVP and find more details at https://forms.gle/pfhF2XQW4PvSTKXB7 if you plan to attend.

"Letting there be room for not knowing is the most important thing of all. When there's a big disappointment, we don't know if that's the end of the story. It may just be the beginning of a great adventure. Life is like that. We don't know anything. We call something bad; we call it good. But really we just don't know.”
