We are traveling this month in France and Spain. I’m still better off going to the grocery or markets for fresh foods than to rely on restaurants. Our lunch today was roasted mixed vegetables and peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes,olives, hummus and a bit of Mediterranean seasoned seitan on a bed of greens with some gazpacho. Note to self… bring along select spices and dried herbs or mixes when traveling. That seriously makes a huge difference.
