I wanted to take a minute to introduce to you a new health & wellbeing program called . What are macros? (macronutrients)

It refers to carbs, fats, and proteins—the three basic components of every diet. Getting these proportions right makes for a much more effective diet. Macros are the structural and energy-giving calorie components of our foods. Carbohydrates

· Spares protein (to preserve muscle mass during exercise)

· Fuel for the Central Nervous System (your brain!)

Fats

· Energy reserve

· Protects vital organs

· Insulation

· Transport fat soluble vitamins

Proteins

· Tissue structure (part of organ tissues, muscle, hair, skin, nails, bones, tendons, ligaments and blood plasma)

· Part of cell plasma membranes

· Involved in metabolic, transport, and hormone systems

· Make up enzymes that regulate metabolism

· Involved in acid/base balance to maintain a neutral environment in our bodies

What does Offer? We offer custom meal prep services that are designed specifically for your well-being and fitness results. We can’t give you the body you want. We can’t make it to the gym for you. We can’t give you the desire to reach your goals. However, what we can do is provide you with a custom nutrition which is 80% of your success in achieving the physique you desire. Whether your goal is to gain or lose this service is here for you. Remember abs are made in the kitchen! Not to forget the convenience factor of not cooking or washing dishes! No two people are just alike. Some people thrive on a raw diet, while others would fade away without cooked food. Some people prosper without meat and others require it for optimal health. Just because your friend is following a specific plan, that doesn’t mean that plan will work for you. Your weight, height, s*x, age and amount of daily physical activity are all of variables that help us create a macro specifically for you. Meals for the week are prepared fresh every Sunday morning so all orders should be in by the previous Wednesday. meals are weighed out to meet the macro determined during your consolutation. Meals come in 10, 15, 20 and 20+ packages. Price per meal is $5 to $8 depending on the selection plus sales tax. Through your consultation we will advise you on your meat and side combos and remember this will depend on your current state and goal. Meats
