Greetings all,
It is with a reluctant but joyous heart that I have decided to retire from private practice and close Beverly M. Gaines, MD & Associates after nearly 40 years of service to the Louisville community. I am making this decision in the best interest of my health and my family.
It has been my passion and pleasure to fulfill my life’s dream so many years ago. It has truly been a privilege bestowed upon us by parents in allowing us to care for your children, a responsibility we have never taken lightly. I am proud of the legacy of great healthcare we have provided to several generations of families. This would not be possible without a great staff, excellent providers, and, of course, you! Specifically, I want to thank my colleague, friend, and sister, Dr. Dorothy Thomas for over 25 years of excellence, dedication and service.
I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your families. We will not be seeing patients in our office going forward, but will remain open in the interim for any administrative needs. We will have a physician on-call for any medical or prescription refill needs, and will continue to assist you in anyway as you make the transition in your medical care.
