“Who heals you?”

Mother Nature does. 🌿

As a healer, I hold space for others, but when my own soul needs healing, I return to the Earth.

To the trees.
To the water.
To the birdsong.
To the sunlight filtering through the leaves.

Nature has always been my sanctuary, my temple, my place of refuge.

When I am weary, she grounds me.
When I am grieving, she holds me.
When I am joyful, she celebrates with me.

In the quiet of the forest, I can hear God speak through creation itself — through the rustling leaves, the flowing water, the animals, the wind, and the warmth of the sun upon my skin.

A gentle reminder that we are not separate from nature…
we are part of her.

And within her beauty, there is healing. ✨

One of my favorite places in Cherokee Park after the rain. Everything becomes so still, peaceful, and alive. From one side, you would never expect the hidden creek flowing beneath this beautiful tree… and then from the other side, the tree opens and the water appears like a little piece of magic waiting to be found. 🌿✨

Nature always reminds me that beauty and healing can appear in the most unexpected places.

Some of the most healing moments in my life have come through nature. The trees, the wind, the animals, the earth… they speak in quiet ways if we slow down enough to notice.
