Today is World Mental Health Day! A time to raise awareness, normalize the conversation around mental health, and remind each other that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies.💚

We believe strong communities start with strong mental health. That’s why we’re offering a Mental Health for the Holidays series from November through January, bringing together local experts to share strategies for managing stress, coping with grief, finding gratitude, and building resilience.
