Who is VNA Health at Home?

VNA Health at Home is the oldest home health organization in Kentucky, founded in 1890 with the mission to serve the underserved in the Louisville and surrounding areas (including Southern Indiana). The goal of our organization is to provide a compassionate and memorable experience to each patient and family we serve.

We care for patients with a wide range of illnesses, including heart failure, COPD, joint replacement, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, among many others. Our expertise is to work collaboratively with patients and their loved ones to identify and overcome barriers with the ultimate goal of preserving dignity and independence in the comfort of home.

We provide home health services in the following Kentucky counties: Jefferson, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hardin, Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson*, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, Taylor, & Washington. *We also provide hospice care in Nelson County, KY.

We provide home health services in the following Indiana counties: Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, Washington, & occasionally Jefferson (check with office).
