The Louisville Tai Chi Center teaches Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan as transmitted directly from Grandmaster Yang Jun, 5th generation lineage holder and grandson of Grandmaster Yang Zhen Duo. Carl Meeks is a direct student of Grandmaster Yang and Director of the International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association's Tai Chi Training Academy.

We are currently having classes on Thursday evening at St. Andrews Episcopal Church 2233 Woodbourne Ave. in Louisville.
Class time is 6:00 - 7:30 pm and covering the fundamentals of Tai Chi , focusing on footwork and body structure.
The class will develop the foundation of your tai chi practice.

Advanced Form Correction and Push Hands 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Beginners 22 Posture Essential Form 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

$60.00 per class per month. $90.00 for both classes per month.
