Paint Party Blue Bonnets Cow

Saturday, May 24th at 3 pm

Come join the fun! Each month participants will create a cute painting. Hang out with friends or make new ones! We will create together, snack and chat. You will be instructed step by step to paint your own masterpiece in a super fun and non-judgmental environment! Your teacher is The Artistic Witch herself, Shelly Werts. All supplies are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting messy.

Space is limited to 12 adults ages 12+ and the cost is $35

Ayurvedic Health Coaching offers a proactive approach to holistically heal and prevent disease and dis-ease of the mind-body-heart-spirit for balanced living naturally. I will assist you in rediscovering your personal connection to self-care, tap into your inner healer examining and enhancing what is going well, and building wellness through meaningful changes. We will work together focusing on the seven dimensions of wellness: social, emotional, occupational, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, and physical. Whether you are trying to adjust to a newly diagnosed health condition, struggling to reach a health-related or personal goal, or trying to improve your overall well-being, I am here to be your guide.
