Understanding property records can feel complicated, but it doesn’t have to be.

Join Property Research 101, a free community workshop from Louisville Metro Government’s Office of Housing and Community Development. This session will walk you through how to use publicly available tools and websites to better understand property ownership, business records and public property information. 

During the workshop, participants will learn how to:
• Use public websites to identify property ownership
• Research business ownership to identify members
• Navigate property mapping tools
• Access public property records

Today was one of those moments that remind me how far I’ve come.

Sitting in a room with over 30 incredible women through the Office for Women Ambassador Program—learning about violence prevention, community resources, and the work being done by LMPD and the Fire Department—was truly powerful.

But what touched me the most… was seeing Latina women not only in the room, but leading the conversation. Representing. Educating. Showing up.

As an immigrant, there were many moments in my life where I didn’t feel like I had a seat at the table.

Today, I can say that I do.

And more importantly, I carry my community with me into these spaces.

I’m proud to be part of this program, proud to represent, and committed to using my voice to create connection, awareness, and impact.

This is how change begins. 🤍✨

Today was special 💙 😮‍💨

We welcomed the HR team from Class Act Federal Credit Union into the Cielo studio and what they experienced was more than just breathwork.

It was a reset.
A pause.
A moment to reconnect.

In high-pressure environments, we’re taught to push through stress.
But real performance comes from learning how to regulate, breathe, and come back to center.

That’s what we create at Cielo Breathwork😮‍💨— experiences that shift how people feel, think, and show up.

Because when people feel good, everything changes.

Grateful for spaces like this.
Grateful for teams that are willing to try something different.

As an immigrant, being part of conversations about the future of a city is something I don’t take lightly.

Today I had the opportunity to sit with incredible women and talk about how we can continue building a more connected, inclusive, and vibrant Louisville.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do—bringing people together, creating spaces for connection, and contributing to a community we can all be proud of.
