If you’ve only been foam rolling on the floor try this variation to take it a step further👆🏼
This technique targets deeper tension through controlled positioning and movement.
Using a bench allows for increased hip extension, which helps open the hip flexors and access deeper structures like the psoas.
By alternating between slight engagement (glutes) and relaxation, you can encourage the tissue to release more effectively over time.
Slow, intentional work will always outperform aggressive pressure. Work with your body, not against it.
