We kicked off 2026 with one of our biggest CE turnouts yet! Thank you to everyone who filled the room for Immediate Full Arch: From Surgical Guide to Photogrammetry presented by our very own Elvis Dahl and Brandon Bethany.

The evening focused on modern full-arch workflows, from digital treatment planning and guided surgery to photogrammetry. A highlight of the night was getting hands-on with the Micron Mapper and seeing how the technology supports accuracy, efficiency, and predictable outcomes.

Five days of holiday fun at Derby! We kicked things off with a bake sale to raise donations for Dare to Care, enjoyed a holiday lunch, celebrated Plinko wins with prizes and cash, and wrapped it all up today with Hoopin’ for the Holidays, our annual basketball shootout championship.

Most of all, we’re grateful. For our team who makes our lab what it is, and for the doctors and clinicians who trust us every day. Your support means everything to us, especially during the holiday season.

A full-arch transformation months in the making.

After extractions and implant placement by Dr. Kuhns at Village Dental at Saxony, the patient wore a printed provisional to fine-tune esthetics and function. Once perfected, Derby fabricated and custom-stained the final zirconia full arch seen here.

Our team loved being part of the EviSmart x TEREC Fall Meeting 2025 at Evident HQ. It was an energizing few days surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the dental lab industry.

From exploring AI-driven efficiencies to creating social content that connects, every session sparked ideas we’re excited to bring back to Derby.

Last week our team headed up with the TEREC group to Vancouver, visiting Evident HQ and diving deep into the future of digital dentistry!

We shared insights on digital workflows — from scan data optimization and case design accuracy to streamlining communication between lab and clinic.

And to top it off — we even made it out to see the Canucks take home a WIN! 🏒
