ANNOUNCEMENT - I am holding a meditation gathering (first of many) on April 6th 9:00am - 9:45am. It's located at Maybe It's Fate - 1425 Story Ave. Louisville, KY 40206. This will be a monthly gathering!
Times are rough for many of us. So, I wanted to present opportunities to receive healing through craniosacral at a lower price.
✨ Reconnect with yourself. Meditate with me and my drum while you receive craniosacral therapy.
✨ We'll open by speaking on the theme of the month (current energy within and around us).
I'll then lead everyone through meditation with my drum. Everyone will also receive brief craniosacral therapy.
We'll close with sharing experiences if anyone feels pulled to do so.
✨ What is craniosacral therapy? It is a light touch therapeutic approach that releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain, discomfort, and dysfunction. With this soft touch, CST releases soft tissue that surrounds the nervous system. Craniosacral works wonders physically, but also provides mental & emotional releases.
