“To boost immunity, I have myself & my family on a daily regimen of Vitamin D 5000IU and Vitamin C 1000mg twice daily. If we are to get sick or get diagnosed with COVID-19 I would immediately boost my Vitamin D up to 50,000IU for 3 days, double the Vitamin C and add Zinc and Viracid to the mix. Our local first responders & healthcare workers continue to be out supporting our community during the public health emergency, but the shortage has affected their peace of mind. To help support them, we have donated 10 bottles of hand sanitizer this week to Jefferson Manor rehab & wellness center.
