Our hearts go out to all UPS connected people today as well as all involved on the ground. This is the morning update. Sheltering in place has changed from a 5 mile radius to 1 mile radius. My heart and prayers are with all.

At least seven people are dead and 11 people are injured after a catastrophic plane crash near Louisville Airport.

I went to the Louisville Salt Cave on Friday to check out what the new owners had going on. It was such a soothing experience. 45 mins and I added red light therapy as well. I definitely came out breathing better than before. I definitely needed the R&R!
