Jefferson County is currently under a level 3 snow emergency, which is no non-essential/emergency people are to be on the roadways. As the temperatures are continuing to drop and will continue to cause road hazards Monday and Tuesday it is best to close. Everyone stay safe! I will continue to update each day.

Our hearts go out to all UPS connected people today as well as all involved on the ground. This is the morning update. Sheltering in place has changed from a 5 mile radius to 1 mile radius. My heart and prayers are with all.

At least seven people are dead and 11 people are injured after a catastrophic plane crash near Louisville Airport.
