From Wednesday's Keeneland barn notes: Trainer Brendan Walsh had the best of both worlds when the G1-winning 3yo filly was sold for a sales-topping $3.7 million at Keeneland's November sale, with new owner Dixiana Farms sending her back to Walsh's stable for a 4-year-old campaign. Second Stride, Inc. announces Derby season fundraisers:

The horses give us so much joy, here's how you can give back by helping to provide retired racehorses with retraining for second careers and for safe, long-term homes. "Derby season is when the world falls in love with the Thoroughbred,” said Kim Smith, Second Stride founder. “What many people don’t see is what comes next for these horses. As more horses enter aftercare and require longer, more individualized support, our work—and the community’s role in it—has never been more important."
