I am a visionary who empowers mothers in practical ways. I focus on serving mothers that are not adequately supported or have financial barriers. Using my unique talents as a doula, NP, and educator I am able to serve mothers in a life-changing way. I utilize integrative health wisdom, Chinese medicine techniques, herbal remedies, and body-energetic modalities to connect mothers back to their roots, bodies, and higher selves. I have done independent study of ancient healing systems, collaborated with numerous professionals, and completed specialized trainings. Currently, I do not practice within the scope of a Nurse Practitioner. I promote wellness and healing to mothers with an emphasis on mental wellness. I currently serve mothers by facilitating a free moms group, Mama Circle. Soon, I will be accepting very limited number of clients.

Closing my practice is bittersweet.

I want to share the key dates first:
• Now: No longer accepting new patients
• Feb 1, 2026: Deadline to request medical records.
• Through Feb 28, 2026: Continued care for current patients during posted hours
• After Feb 28, 2026: Clinic closes; I will no longer provide medical advising.

This decision comes with a full heart. Yesterday I had a clinic day where every client shared good news — less anxiety, no hot flashes, easing off medications, feeling joy again. Moments like these have always reminded me why I began this work in the first place.

I’m deeply proud of the care I’ve provided and endlessly grateful for the incredible people who trusted me with their wellbeing. You uplifted a small business built on passion and purpose, and it has been an honor to walk beside you.

If you told me a few years ago that I’d be waking up in my dream home, sipping a decaf latte after a farm-to-table breakfast, caring for six baby chicks, and heading into work that lights up my soul—I wouldn’t have believed you.

Back then, I was on the floor of a psychiatric unit, singing *Twinkle Twinkle Little Star* to survive the chaos in my mind after being hit with postpartum psychosis. I spent over a month in inpatient care that felt like psychological warfare.

But through that storm, I found something life-changing: a deep understanding of how the human mind works, how mindset can transform everything—and how radical self-care isn’t a luxury for women and mothers. It’s non-negotiable.

This fall, I’ll return to that same psychiatric hospital—not as a patient, but as a speaker invited by the CEO to share my story with the staff.
