Update: Our provider had a widespread outage.

Both office are open until 5:00pm. Please walk in to the office if a sick appointment is needed. Please report to the ER if you have a medical emergency.

We sincerely apologize for the issue that occurred on Christmas Eve and Christmas, during which some medical calls were not properly transferred to the After-Hours Care Team. We recognize the importance of seamless call handling to ensure timely patient care, especially during holidays, and we regret any concern or disruption this may have caused.

All identified issues have now been resolved. We are also actively working with our phone system IT team to fully investigate the root cause and to implement safeguards to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued dedication to our patients. We appreciate everyone who helped identify and address this issue promptly.
